Sugar Free Napua

I can tell you right now that a Sugar Free Napua will not be easy to swallow for anyone in the vicinity. I'm just hoping that the need for sugar will drive me straight to the greens and protein to keep me occupied.

Breakfast: 1 cup whole grain oatmeal, cinnamon, pear slices, whole wheat toast w/ spicy hummus.

Lunch: Korean saimin w/ 2 slices whole wheat bread and spicy hummus.

Dinner: Mixed greens w/ arugula salad and artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, goat cheese, avocado, salt/pepper, and 2 tsp of lite champagne dressing. And crab legs. Was good.

Wow. You inspire me. I really want to do that too. Just as soon as I finish the eggnog squares that I made. Seriously. Gonna give 'em away. Seriously.

I like the discipline you showed with your meals. Dieting can be very difficult but it looks like you are headed in the right direction.
